
The Golden Aura Karnataka State Amateur Chess Championship 2025, held from 2nd to 5th October 2025 at the Prestige Centre for Performing Arts, Bengaluru, concluded with great success and remarkable participation from talented players across the state.
🥇 Champion: Niranjan J Warrier (Bengaluru Urban) — 8½ points
🥈 2nd Place: Ayaan Phutane (Bengaluru Urban) — 8½ points
🥉 3rd Place: AIM Vivaan Sachdev (Bengaluru Urban) — 8½ points
With over ₹4,00,000 in total prizes and trophies, the event showcased extraordinary talent across multiple rating and age categories — from U-7 to U-15 and special categories for women, seniors, and specially abled players.
