HH Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar inaugurates 6th round of 37th National U-7 Chess Championships-2024 @ Mysore which is in-progress at Sambrama Conventiona Hall, Vijay Nagar 2nd Stage, Mysuru, Karnataka from 1st to 5th Sept 2024. 235 Boys and 147 Girls are competing from across India for U-07 National Chess Champion title.
The tournament is being Organized by MM CHESS DEVELOPMENT TRUST (R). MYSORE CHESS CENTER, TUMAKUR CHESS ACADEMY & MANDYA CHESS ACADEMY In association with Mysore District Chess Association & Karnataka State Chess Association, Under the aegis of All India Chess Federation and event Supported by Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports Authority of India. The tournament carries with Total Prize Fund: ₹5,00,000/- to be distributed for OPEN and Girls category.
